imap4d?

Is the imap4 daemon ready for limited deployment yet?  So far folks
are having success with the pop3d on fencepost, and I'd like to make
imap available to people if possible...

Obviously it's still quite experimental, but this would mean that we'd
start getting bug reports from folks using it.
