[bug-mailutils] Need basic configuration info

I have compiled and installed mailutils with postgresql. The online 
refernce appears to be primarily targetd toward programmers, not those 
trying to configure it. Is there a configuration doc? My primary 
questions are:

1) How to configure Mailutils with TLS/SSL. Where to put the pem etc.
2) Syntax and options available for mailutils.rc. Where does Mailutils 
expect to find this file.
3) Vdomain directory and how to set up users. How should the database be 
structured.
4) Is the mbx format an option and if so how would directories be converted.

Note: Mailutils is presently working on port 143.
