[bug-mailutils] bugs in address object

1) mailutils successfully creates an address object for <\"\"@domain.com>
but the get functions fail to return anything. Also, the get functions do
not return any error code....they run successfully but return a NULL for say
local part or email address.

2) mailutils successfully creates address object for
<\"a........b\"@domain.com>. The get functions this time do return values
but they are RFC incompliant. So get_email function would return email
address as address@hidden which is RFC incompliant.
