Hi Guys,

I have number of proposals to share with you about the miscfiles project.

1. It would be easier to use git instead of CVS system. Need your Ok for it.
Personally, i already have experience in git.

2. As top level domains have native language domains already. Should we
consider to accept it in our file? It will change the format of our file to UTF-8
or even UTF-16.
Otherwise, there can be 2 different files. One as it stands today and new one
only for native language domains. The new file format would be UTF-x
