hello,
i tried to make use of shifted cursor keys but so far i had no luck getting
them to work. shilft left / right seem to give no keycode at all (that is,
wgetch doesn't react to them) and shift up/down return ^[a and ^[b that i
could at least process by-hand (but is that the idea?).
demo_forms in the latest ncurses release should demonstrate the use of
shifted cursor keys but it isn't working there either.
now, i understand that the whole key mapping issue is very prone to
incompatibilities. i tried with various keyboard encodings (in a simple
console under linux) but couldn't find any that does the job.
so, what am i doing wrong? maybe i just missed some init option (again)...
