[PATCH 07/52] man/curs_termcap.3x: Say "code" instead of "name".

I suggest a terminological reform where capability "names" correspond to
the long, human-readable C language names we see in terminfo(5), such as
"eat_newline_glitch", in contrast to terminfo and termcap "codes" for
the same ("xenl" and "xn", respectively, in this case).
