[PATCH 20/52] man/tset.1: Update cross references to getty man page.

Subject: [PATCH 20/52] man/tset.1: Update cross references to getty man page.

Set its name in italics instead of bold, since it is not an ncurses
page.  Protect its name from hyphenation.  Locate it in section 8
instead of section 1.

Also:

* man/man_db.renames.in:
* man/manhtml.externs: Update the (no-op?) rename to reflect the use of
  section 8 for getty in ncurses man pages.
