[PATCH 5/8] man/curs_attr.3x: Revise table format.

The 'z' column modifier is a GNU tbl extension.  But it turns out we
don't need it anyway.  Use an explicit column separation of 2 ens.  No
change to page rendering on groff Git, 1.23.0, 1.22.4.

Slight change to terminal rendering with mandoc: it centers "Bits" one
character cell farther to the left shortens the horizontal rule by the
same amount.

Major fix to Heirloom Doctools output, of course.
