Details:

It would be nice if when I upgrade a package, sourceinstall used the same
configure options I used on the older package. For example, I use the
following with sylpheed-claws:

CONFIGURED: ./configure --disable-ipv6 --disable-aspell --disable-ldap
--disable-jpilot --disable-spamassassin-plugin --disable-clamav-plugin
--disable-libetpan --disable-gnomeprint --prefix=/usr/local/

But when I tried to upgrade, sourceinstall-gtk asked again what options
I'd
like (I'd like the above options already saved in the respective sourceinstall
package information file).

The upgrade process could "pre-check" the saved options. And a suggestion:
regarding more, less or renamed options, sourceinstall-gtk could simply
highlight (or show in red or some different color...) the new options (it
doesn't matter if it was renamed... it can be interpreted as new). If some
option doesn't exist anymore, sourceinstall-gtk could warn that it's removing
the option or simply remove from the package file... just some ideas... To sum
up:

1) if there are new options, it could be highlighted (renamed options would
be showed as new options)

2) if some option was removed, then it would simply discard them, because it
doesn't make sense to use non-existent option

But if you implement just the pre-check feature, it will help a lot ;-)

Thank you very much!
