[bug-sourceinstall] delayed GNU Source Installer 2.5 to be released soon

Hello,

I will be releasing GNU Source Installer 2.5 soon,
but without the Finnish translation because the paperwork for copyright
assignments and disclaimers seems to be stalled.

However the framework is in place, and the Italian translation is
already in, so it will be easy to include it with the next release.

But most importantly, the bugfixes in current cvs will be in,
with many more packages supported.
