[CASHeW-s] Research Proposal

Just to reiterate, we need to make a major push toward completing our
research proposal this week so that Barry can review what we have done a
while before it is due in. I have already started to add stuff, but I am
a little unsure of the details of the likes of BPEL, so these sections
need doing by someone else.

If we could all decide which sections of the report we can write, it may
be useful to avoid overlapping.
