Perhaps. GNU Common C++ has compiled nativily to a Win32 target under
VC++ for a long time now. ccRTP's dependencies are all in Common C++. It may
need a bit of work to make sure the headers do actually generate dll
symbol information correctly, but it should be possible to make a VC .dsp
project similar to the Common C++ one. I just do not know anyone who has
tried to as yet.
