If you are using 1.0 or the patched version of 1.0pre2, it
should work. I think it is a good idea to modify rtplisten so that it
recognizes multicast addresses.
The cc++ sockets base code (which ccRTP is based on) sets
SO_REUSEADDR just before binding, when this option is available (see
src/socket.cpp in the cc++ sources).
