CERTI 3.2.3 is now available.
The new features are ability to manage internal values in message as a
set of bytes ( including \0) and not only as strings.
This is a simplification of CERTI internal functions, and also a
reliability and performance improvement.
Other changes include mainly refactoring, debug improvement and bugfixes.
