Prior to joining Electric Cloud, Bill Schmitt was vice president of corporate business development for Borland Software, where he helped establish Borland in the Quality/Testing space and built a Java partner ecosystem for their CodeGear division. Bill also designed and built new businesses at Autodesk (ADSK) and Agile Software (AGIL), and he is also a former management consultant for both A.T. Kearney and EDS. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Vanderbilt University and MBA/MMM from the Kellogg School of Management and the McCormick School of Engineering at Northwestern University.
