can't update config.guess/sub packages

Hi there, 

I’m having problems going to the address http://git.savannah.gnu.org/gitweb/?p=config.git;a=blob_plain;f=config.guess;hb=HEAD

to update the config.guess/sub files. In fact, it looks like all git.savannah repos return a 502 error.

Has the address changed or is the server down?
