added "run" command
As suggested by TTimo's patch, but renamed as 'run' ('command' was already used
throughout the doc, it was quite confusing :)). That leverage a stupid pb of
the cvsreport command support, args are stored as parsed token, however it munges
user whitespaces which is not always desirable. I'll change this and store command
args as plain string.
