Hello,
using Electric 9.04 if I create a new schematic cell and set up a
simple circuit using a Transisto(nMos) element from the Components
pane then the spice file obtained via Tools > Simulation (Spice) >
Write Spice Deckā¦ sports N and P models with the following options
+KP=60E-6 VTO=0.7 GAMMA=0.3 LAMBDA=0.05 PHI=0.6
+LD=0.4E-6 TOX=40E-9 CGSO=2.0E-10 CGDO=2.0E-10 CJ=.2MF/M^2
The measurement unit on the CJ parameter hangs ngspice-26, ngspice-24
and ngspice-17 since after a prefix ngspice discards only following
letters, not symbols.
Is there a reason for CJ option to have a measurement unit or is it just a bug?
I see this happens in a few others technologies XML file as well:
/com/sun/electric/technology/technologies/mocmos.xml
./com/sun/electric/technology/technologies/mocmosParam.xml
./com/sun/electric/technology/technologies/mocmosold.xml
./com/sun/electric/technology/technologies/mocmossub.xml
./com/sun/electric/technology/technologies/nmos.xml
Best regards
