That statement is incorrect. It was meant to apply to the basic daughterboard
which has transformers on it. If you don't use transformers you don't get that
hole. You could also use transformers which are good down to 10 kHz, which
would greatly shrink the hole.
So the correct statement should be:
The useful output frequency range is DC to about 55 MHz ( +/- 55 MHz if you use
complex sampling) if you DC couple the signal.
I have updated the Wiki. Thanks for pointing this out.
