The key is to set a common start-time on the two multi_usrp objects
(after making sure that both units have
a common understanding of clock-time).
But note that you likely won't achieve good-quality *phase coherence*
with this setup due to the way the
AD9361 chip works, and the way the external-clock PLL works in the
B2xx series.
