This is a discussion mailing list. Someone with access to the relevant
email address signed you up.

As usual on the Internet, subscription and unsubscription to
discussion mailing lists is self-service. And most people on this
mailing list (I'd expect counting in hundreds) have no way of
unsubscribing you.

Whoever performed the signup should perform the unsubscription.
Sending an email to every single subscriber to "unsubscribe you" is
not very professional. And take into account that the mailing list
administrator (which is not me) cannot easily confirm you have the
authority to unsubscribe everyone from @txt.de. :-)
