Tell xclip not to expect job-control under eshell (Bug#35257)
* lisp/eshell/esh-proc.el (eshell-needs-pipe): Add "xclip" and other
programs that xclip.el (in GNU ELPA) calls with
`process-connection-type' bound to nil.
