Yes, I think we should switch now. (Though I hope to be more
responsive starting from tomorrow)

Use only the latter. I'm subscribed now, so I'll receive the
patches.

A short warning: I opened the list for non-subscriber postings.
You'll receive spam. Lots of spam. If this gets too annoying, I'll
close it down to subscribers only again.
