[emms-help] emms-player-mpd now works with emms-browser

I have submitted a patch that makes emms-player-mpd work properly with
emms-browser.  I had to change all of my code from relying on
(goto-line <current-track-position>) to something that used
emms-playlist-next and emms-playlist-previous instead.

I think this just about wraps up my emms-player-mpd TODO list.
