[Fhsst-authors] maths/trig.tex and maths/diff.tex

hi there,

the new syllabus compliant structure for maths would like to have files by the 
name of maths/trig.tex and maths/diff.tex, but these conflict with the current 
setup. for anyone working on those files at the moment, please note that i have 
renamed the file you are looking for to maths/trig-old.tex or 
maths/diff-old.tex.

this is all moving towards the big switch to deprecating our only 3 files:
  hsalgebra
  trig-old
  diff-old
and using the newer, more modularised structure:
  intro
  numbers
  patterns
  functions
  numerics
  solving
  diff
  geometry
  trig
  data
you can look in each file and see what the syllabus requires in each section.

the deprecated files are currently being built as an "Old Maths" book to ease 
the move.
