[Fhsst-authors] New environment

Hi everyone

I finally got round to it and added a proper essay command. Every essay 
now ends up in the table of contents
with its page number, essay number and doesn't interfere with the 
chapters. I also did some rudimentary formating.

I have put one essay in the book so far so everyone can see what it
looks like. The essay is on page 114 (128th page in the book).

The commands I added are:

\essay[Table of contents entry and page title]
\essayauthor[Authors Name]
\essayauthorblurb[Mini CV of author]
\essaytitle[Heading after blurb to begin title]

I would appreciate any feedback.
