[fluid-dev] Announce: fluidgui 0.8.2 released.

Version 0.8.2 of the Java GUI for fluidsynth adds an action toolbar and a
'messages' tab for viewing the console output of the synth.

There was no announcement to this list for the release of version 0.8.1, but
this version greatly improved stability by providing fixes for several bugs.
