[fluid-dev] fluidsynth-1.0.4-1 +/- jack on OS X

Hi

For those who may be interested in compiling for Mac OS X, version 
1.0.4-1 compiled very nicely after disabling Jack support. It works 
very nicely with coreaudio instead. With certain soundfonts, I do get a 
better sound; almost like routing the sound signal via a sonic 
enhancer.

As for Jack, version 0.82.0 works with fluidsynth-1.0.3.
