I've already asked a portugese-speaking friend to email him and obtain
permission to use it as a draft policy statement for a proposed
conference motion. If it doesn't become the draft of a thousand bills
worldwide then there aint no jus-juice. It is a thing of beauty and joy,
and he is to be congratulated on some fabulously melifluous and
captivatingly simple prose.
