This is a genuine horror classic, setting up a long-running franchise while standing apart from and above anything that came after.
HD does justice to the striking visuals, and the extras are here in abundance. The real world is much richer than our test environment and I appreciate the feedback that has helped us make the product better. The DVD features excellent audio and video, and even includes some nice supplements, including a group of deleted scenes. This is highly recommended. An impressive horror debut that makes one want to leave the light on, in a lavish special edition, with a superb transfer. Try giving a poinsettia.

The disc itself sports nice audio and video along with a smattering of bonus material. To say this has NEVER looked this good is nothing short of an understatement.
And now the march is on to fix remaining bugs and compatibility problems.
