[Gcjwebplugin-devel] Patch: AppletTag fix

This fix was made to get the http://jmol.sourceforge.net
It doe not completely work because the lack of javascript, but it now
finds all the classes properly.

        (AppletTag): Added code to add code archive. If a classid
        parameter had been specified without an extenstion, Sun adds it 
        to the archive list as a jar.
        (AppletTag): Likewise.
        (AppletTag): Likewise.
