A funny side effect with the previous patch:pressing ALT+[LETTER] triggered quick search, even when not appropriate (e.g. while viewing the "options" dialog, and pressing ALT+C to trigger the "close" button).
This patch fixes "gnome_cmd_key_snooper" (at gnome-cmd-main-win.c), adding two more checks (gdk_key_pressed, and gtk_has_focus).
