Fixed, thanks for catching that. 

I've also added to http://gcmd.rootnode.net/i18n/ prebuilt compendia for
every language used in gcmd. Compendia are built from available
translations of Inkscape, exiv2 and all apps found in GNOME, KDE and
OpenSUSE
