Do you have working CTRL+Q in other apps (gedit,...) ? Is it possible
that your window manager is intercepting the shortcut?
What do you get in console when:
gnome-commander -d=a
And finally - is it possible to assign CTRL+Q to the new shortcut in
'Keyboard shortcut...' dlg?
