[gcmd-dev] [NEW] New python plugin: apply_patch.py

Hi folks,

FYI - I've just added new python plugin to the repo. The plugin applies
selected patches to the opposite pane and is accessible via file popup
menu (may also be assigned to a custom shortcut). As the plugin is not
considered to be very useful to non-developers, it won't be included in
the release tarballs.

For the interested ones - installation requires copying apply_patch.py
to $HOME/.gnome-commander/plugins only (HINT: try to drag-and-drop

 to plugins dir in gcmd ;o)
