It seems that libtag-vanilla does not exist in 'testing' anymore.

There is only libtag1v5 (which is a meta package for libtag1v5-vanilla)

In fact, libtag1v5 got replaced by the newer libtag1c2a, which it breaks when
installed. It's either this, or that.
Just FYI, libtag is an audio library, does not scan video information and does
not recognize some container formats like flv or mkv.
The cleanest solution would be to move gcmd to libtag1c2a, which gives more
opportunities anyway (like video information). I dunno how much of an effort
that would be. For example, if still only the audio tags would be polled then
maybe it works out-of-the-box?
