Mmmm, nice. But I've some suggestions:
1- the menu bar is too flat. Maybe a gradient one fits better.
2- I did a round glossy theme because some users requested. But I like this "flat shine".
3- You set the *menubaritemstyle* option at 0 (menuitem look) which (sorry, IMHO) is horrible ;) Button look gives a more consistent look.
4- Don't like the glossy tabs? ;)

Another redone to share is attached. Take a look and comment.
