Microsoft issues licenses which explicitly mention (to exclude) the GPL. See <http://www.theregister.co.uk/2002/04/17/microsoft_antigpl_fine_print_threatens/>. If they fear it, it's more than a "legal delusion". Oh, and the GPL is neither voidable nor a contract.
