Details:
When no tiles can be found to for applying a quantile threshold in
NoiseChisel, it crashes with an error
++
astnoisechisel: gal_data_initialize: dsize[0]==0. The size of a dimension
cannot be zero
--
A check is being added, so NoiseChisel crashes with a more informative output,
informing the user of why it can't proceed and what they should do to fix it.
