If the names are literally 'folder.jpg' you should be able to place
something like:
<div align="center"><img src="folder.jpg" alt="No cover image"></div>
Just above the line which says '<PLAYLISTS>'.
(This is in /usr/share/gnump3d/Tabular/index.html in your case -
assuming the themes aren't in a non-standard location).
If they are instead named after the directories, so:
/Metallica - Justice For All/
/Metallica - Justice For All/Metallica - Justice For All.jpg
Then you'd use '$DIRECTORY.jpg' instead of 'folder.jpg'.
Something like that anyway ;)
