Now the problem is I've set the root directory to the correct one, but changing the value of this key gives no results at all. No matter what I set I always get the error message with the default "c:/mp3" value set.

  Edit run.bat to change it there too.

  Its a horrible thing to duplicate it in two places, but as a
 non-windows user thats what I did ...
