[Gnump3d-users] high cpu utilization - problem with gnump3d?

i am running gnump3d version 2.9.4
(gnump3d-2.9.4-1mdk) on a Mandriva 2007 machine (
kernel 2.6.12) with perl v 5.8.7.

After gnump3d runs awhile ( 24 hours +) , its cpu
utilization jumps up to 90% or so. At the beginning ,
its footprint is not noticeable to top. I am using a
pentium 4, 2.8Ghz machine with 1 GB Ram.

Any idea why this is happening? how can i solve this?
