You can't. If you can play it over the Web, you can download it. This is true with all content on the Web. In fact, it has to be downloaded in order to be played. The only exception is content that plays inside a Flash player or some other kind of proprietary player (e.g. YouTube or
the Comedy Central website).  But not Gnump3d.

That said, you can modify the webpage so that the download link doesn't appear-- but that won't change the fact that the file can still be downloaded. You can make that change in the config.ini file in the theme directory (/usr/local/share/gnump3d/<theme name> or similar)
