[Gnushogi-devel] Separation and deprecation of XShogi, release of XShogi 1.4.2

XShogi is now not part of the "maint" and "master" branches any more.
I pushed a new "xshogi" branch for it, with relevant history extracted
from the GNU Shogi tree using git-subtree.

I released XShogi 1.4.2 at the same time, and uploaded it to
http://ftp.gnu.org/gnu/gnushogi/.  Numbering is there for consistency
with GNU Shogi 1.4.1, which is the last version to ship a copy of
XShogi - Despite his, XShogi 1.4.2 is a minor update to 1.3.2.
