I looked into this a bit more. Some of the gpsd www pages are already
AsciiDoc and scons handle them just fine. So no blocker there.

I had thought there were tools to convert DocBook to AsciiDoc. There
are several, but none works on the DocBook flavor that gpsd uses.
So Sanjeev's initial idea was right. We'll have to convert one at a time.
If i get any asciidoc files I'll add them and do the scons work.
