No, not lower frequency. Added latency.
If your receiver is sending 10Hz fixes, then gpsd will send 10Hz
JSON TPV. But there is always latency. Latency for the receiver to
calculate the fix. Latency to send the fix over the serial port.
Latency for gpsd to decode the fix into internal representation.
Latency to conver the fix to JSON and send it to the client.
