I launch ./configure in Solaris 8 intel with gcc
3.2.3 or 2.95.3
but this is a message that exit:????
Consider that i compile samba or other package
without error.
# ./configure
checking for gcc... gcc checking for C compiler default output... a.out checking whether the C compiler works... yes checking whether we are cross compiling... no checking for suffix of executables... checking for suffix of object files... o checking whether we are using the GNU C compiler... yes checking whether gcc accepts -g... yes checking for gcc option to accept ANSI C... none needed checking for g++... g++ checking whether we are using the GNU C++ compiler... yes checking whether g++ accepts -g... yes checking that C++ compiler can compile simple program... no configure: error: a working C++ compiler is required # WHY THIS???? This is the content of config.log:
