    vm: Make the device node procedure a parameter.
    
    * gnu/build/vm.scm (root-partition-initializer): Add #:make-device-nodes
    parameter and use it.
    * gnu/system/vm.scm (qemu-image): Add #:device-node parameter.  Pass
     #:make-device-nodes to 'root-partition-initializer'.
