    gnu: clingo: Unbundle dependencies.
    
    * gnu/packages/potassco.scm: (clingo)[#:phases]: Patch CMakeLists.txt files 
to
    use external dependencies.
    [native-inputs]: Add mpark-variant, tl-optional, tsl-hopscotch-map,
    tsl-ordered-map and tsl-sparse-map.
