    gnu: lsscsi: Move to (gnu packages scsi).
    
    * gnu/packages/linux.scm (lsscsi): Move to...
    * gnu/packages/scsi.scm (lsscsi): ... here.
    (sg3-utils)[license]: Use license: prefix.
    (libiscsi)[license]: Likewise.
